Senator Seekins requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 243(STA)(efd fld S) be taken up. The bill was                                        
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                       
243(STA) "An Act establishing state agency program performance                                      
management and audit powers in the Office of the Governor for the                                   
evaluation of agency programs; and providing for an effective date"
